Some wisdom from Calvin & Muad’Dib:

People, not commercial organizations or chains of command, are what make great civilizations work. Every civilization depends upon the quality of the individuals it produces.

Calvin & Muad’Dib combines sayings of the messianic character Muad’Dib from Dune and comic panels from Calvin and Hobbes.

Herbert noted that the character was constructed to express “the conflict between absolutes and the necessity of the moment.”

Just like Calvin and Hobbes, no wonder it fits. The sleeper must awaken… and shovel snow!
