University of Notre Dame School of Architecture

“Recovering architect” John notes that the University of Notre Dame School of Architecture “is the only school of architecture in North America or Europe with Classical architecture and traditional urban design at the core of its curriculum“:

They’re thoroughly grounded in principles of Classical architecture and traditional urbanism, starting with drawing and watercolor in the first year, and moving on to principles like composition and the orders in the second year. After studying Italian in the second year, the entire undergraduate class lives in Rome during their third year.

Where do I sign up?
