Someone recently pointed out to me that value-investor Seth Klarman’s 1991 book, Margin of Safety, which offers “risk-averse value investing strategies for the thoughtful investor,” is selling for $1,395. I sense irony.
His Blaupost Group has returned 55x over 23 years though, so he might know a thing or two.
