William Bundy, a high-ranking CIA analyst (and Dulles’s protégé) contributed $400 to the defense fund of Alger Hiss.

Dulles pushed the Bay of Pigs fiasco and was running intelligence during the time when JFK hated the CIA.

If Dulles was not putting the USA first, what nation (if any) did he truly serve?
