As to what happened in Wuhan as such…

Between this and a massive campaign of spamming “Wuhan Wuhan Wuhan”, it follows that this outbreak was used for smoke and mirrors, to distract from all the other outbreaks that were too widely spread in space and too little spread in time to originate in Wuhan. Or in any plausible natural source.
