		<description><![CDATA[The general impression that Khruschev was very good at what Nixon called “ratfucking”, but weak at PR, seems correct. Beyond that, ridiculous amount of projection.

Also, this incident obviously was an incentive to develop reconnaissance drones. Starting with unsubtle Lockheed D-21 and Tu-123 “Yastreb”, more like cruising missiles with spy plane payload.

I will be shocked if it turns out any of those things did not have very reliable self-destruct systems.]]></description>
