“…the righteous man who has achieved self-realization. In order have, you must first become. If you try to have without becoming, you can’t keep it, but the Tzaddik will have everything he wants.”

That reminds me of a 2000-year-old Jewish saying, "Seek however first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you." Matthew 6:33

Note that he achieved escape velocity and is probably having a good life with more wealth than most people as well as higher education. He is probably better off than most people in most any other way you can thinks of. He still would have preferred having a better family life especially in childhood. Most people and most children having the family life he did especially in childhood will never escape to have a better life. Even most people raised in middle class or even poor families yet having sane loving responsible families raise them will not do as well as Rob Henderson.

"I’ve come to believe that upward social mobility shouldn’t be our priority as a society. Rather, upward mobility should be the side effect of far more important things: family, stability, and emotional security for children. Even if upward mobility were the primary goal, a safe and secure family would help achieve it more than anything else."

Congratulations to the author. He rediscovered the traditional White family.
