When is “training” not training? Perhaps when it is a case of “Let’s you and him fight until the last Ukrainian is dead”?

This seems dangerously similar to FDR’s lies ahead of the 1940 election, when he campaigned on keeping the US out of another wasteful European war while simultaneously pumping up arms supply to England.
