Remember the attack on Saudi oil facilities -- although it was never clear if this was drones from Yemen, or cruise missiles from Iran, or internal sabotage.   A system optimized to pick up one kind of threat will miss a different kind of threat.

But one of the realities of war is that every attacker gets one free shot -- whether that is Hannibal bringing elephants over the Alps or Japan hitting Pearl Harbor.  By using drones against Armenia, Azerbaijan has just made life more difficult for any future attacker planning on using similar systems.]]></description>
