		<description><![CDATA[Guaido could make it look like a civilian action, and it could legitimately be one, but it is by definition not within the constitution.

That doesn&#039;t mean Maduro is still acting within the constitution, or that his election was legit and Guaido&#039;s was not, it means that they are both outside the constitution and it is in abeyance until the issue is settled. 

Even if on Guaido&#039;s side, and fully supportive, and wanting him to win, and believing his victory would restore the constitution, street revolt and military uprising are inherently extra constitutional acts. 

And that&#039;s sometimes OK.

Neither do we need to wrangle over or wallow in sentimental blather about liberal democracy or freedom, if on the right, or Our Democracy or Their Democracy or the People if on the left. 

It&#039;s just, if pro-Guaido, about the restoration of legality, whatever it is, by illegal means. And that&#039;s sometimes OK.

None of these things are ever going to be handled properly or even discussed properly if the 21st century can&#039;t get the language right anymore.]]></description>
