I dunno. Some of these are fine. Others are bogus.

Why pet a cat? Sometimes you have to do things you hate. Standing straight with shoulders back is bogus. If you have a postural problem, willing yourself to stand straight and pulling your shoulders back can aggravate it. You’d be better off trying to find out what it is that’s causing the postural problem and working on that.

I would replace the pet a cat with pet a dog, like those waiting in front of stores, because we don't want to get toxoplasmosis do we? I know that's no longer a concern for liberals, but I'm not risking it!
