Poor Mangan. Eventually he will get old and die just like the rest of us. I liked him a lot more before he started peddling crackpot health theories… From a pure cost-benefit perspective I don’t think it makes any sense to purchase his book.

As another observation, the discrepancy between male and female heart attacks and cardiovascular diseases under approximately age 45 is marked but once over age 45, the discrepancy disappears.

The reason? Every month, females dump a lot of blood and reduce the amount of iron in their bodies. After menopause, they don’t.

A coincidence? What do you think?
