War has a chaotic nature to it but is not so totally chaotic. There is a plan that is the base from which change is made according to the dynamics. But war of itself is not chaotic.

Clausewitz too speaks of war within the context of the natural timidity of man. War is rarely if eve fought to obliterate you foe from the face of the earth. Seems to be true except now we have ISIL again.]]></description>
