What would a new Aztlan-based empire look like? Some sort of successor state to the USA, like the various successor states to the unified Roman Empire. A ruling class of Antoni Villaraigosas and Marco Rubios and Jeb Bushes, manipulating a credulous peasantry, which is a replacement for or partial merger with the previous population.
