The difference is that the Jewish quota was open and explicit - at least that was the impression I had gathered from e.g. Richard Feynman&#039;s experience - whereas modern administrators lie and the mass media covers-up.

Because (unlike the Asian quota) the Jewish quota was open and explicit, Jews made alternative arrangements - such as CCNY - which thrived until the Jewish quota was removed in about 1950
