It’s really remarkable how little it is remembered how anti-war the U.S. was right up until Dec. 7th, 1941, probably because WWII has gone down in history as the “Good War”, and no one wants to be associated with those forces that opposed it. But “America First” probably represented the feelings of most Americans at the time. If Moldbug and blogs like this one have performed one stellar service, it’s been increasing awareness of this forgotten history.
