He seems not to have noticed that almost everything he has to say on the topic was said first, and better, back during the “Counterinsurgency Era” of the 1960′s. In the meantime, no one has yet managed to win a war using Lind’s “Fourth Generation” paradigm. He’s a classic example of a guy who has a hammer, so everything looks like a nail.
