		<description><![CDATA[I can&#039;t say much about French parenting from firsthand experience, but I can say that the &lt;em&gt;dogs&lt;/em&gt; are remarkably well behaved &#8212; or at least the Parisian ones were when I visited as a &lt;em&gt;garçon&lt;/em&gt;.  (I don&#039;t really remember them from later visits.)]]></description>
